Returns

Due to our products being used directly on the skin, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product's seal has been broken or removed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our products for all Customers.

All sales are Final

Due to sanitary and health regulations, all sales are final once the protective seal is removed or the product has been opened.

Damaged or incorrect Orders

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Holistic Hearts is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay, or damage that occurs while the package is in transit to its destination.

Protective Seal: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective seal intact. Once the seal has been removed or tampered with , the item is no longer eligible for return.
Wrong or Defective Item: Returns are accepted if you received the wrong item or if the item is defective upon arrival. In such cases, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
All returns must be authorized by our Customer Support Team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

Send the package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
